We love good food and want to share a part of our culture with you. We use quality organic ingredients wherever possible. Our approach to bread is based on the Respectus Panis® method developed by Les Ambassadeurs du Pain. We give nature time to work for us, so there is no rapid fermentation and low salt content! ! We don't add gluten to our viennoiseries (croissants, ...) in addition to flour and avoid food coloring.

Our coffees come from Laos and Ethiopia. We support small-scale producers.

For our tea, we partner with Mariage Frères, the French tea specialist since 1854!

We focus on the "good" rather than the "beautiful"!
