ORIGIN Whole Milk is 100% A2 Milk exclusively from pasture-raised Guernsey cows. The Guernsey breed is known to produce one of the highest butterfat milk of any breed which in turn means the highest level of natural beneficial nutrients for you.
The difference between the milk protein in A1 and A2 milk is only one amino acid – but this little difference impacts how our bodies digest the milk. Research shows that 80% of people who think they are lactose intolerant are actually A1 intolerant and can thus drink A2 milk and not experience adverse health issues.

FLOUR
No Treatment.
The unbleached organic high-protein bread flour is made with 100% Dark Northern Spring Wheat grown in the deep volcanic soil of the Pacific Northwest. Non-GMO.
The organic unbleached pastry flour is made with premium quality soft white wheat from Washington State.
Organic whole wheat Special, medium grind flour is milled on a roller mill and hammer mill.

COFFEE
We are personal friends with both ofour suppliers.
Saffron Coffee was born in 2006 to establish a viable alternative cash crop for hill tribe villagers in northern Laos. In the early 2000s, they were unable to rely on the now-outlawed opium harvest for much of their income and livelihood.
Coffee is shade-grown and organic, wet-processed, hand-sorted, and graded.
Christa and Danny Longkumer run Pilgrim’s Kitchen and Inn in Savannakhet, Laos, where Pilgrim’s organic Coffee is roasted. Their coffee comes from different parts of Laos.
CHESNUT
Noémie and Nathan raise goats and produce cheese in Ardèche, France, on a farm with the "Appellation d'Origine Protégée Picodon" label. They use organic farming methods. Their estate boasts many chestnut trees, and they share their delicious chestnut production with us.
